The story takes place 20 years after your favorite characters from Elemental Hope, Blaze, Frost, Hydro, Statica, Rocoka, Crystal, Wonda, Obsidian, Neono, Suflia, and Titaniox.

On January 9, 3299, John and his friends, Jerry, Vincent, and Kevin decided to go to the beach, Kevin tells John just as they are leaving to go, "Hey don't forget to take your hoverbard, and snorkel, you'll need them when i knock you off into the deep side of the beach!" John, who sometimes has trouble hearing, yells at Vincent, "Hey Vin, what did Kev say! I can't hear him over all his yelling!", Vincent replies "Kevin Hillel's said that he'll be victorious against you in our experimental entertainment at Daytonagoa Beach, at approximately 2:30p.m.". During all this, Jerry in ralexing in his iPhone hovercar and packing the trunk with the help of his car's extension arm. After about 2 hours of driving they finally reach the beach. They discover that the beach is completely desserted. Kevin asks Jerry, "Hey Jerry, I thought you said that the travel guide said this place was packed with people year round.", Jerry replies, "Oh no Kev, I never said that, I said that is said people never come here, isn't that the point, I thought that you hated going to the beach, especially when its packed.". "I was just going to meet someone here, thats all." said Kevin. Meanwhile, Vincent decided to study the animals in the tidepools, he found a Galeton, a type of Betta fish that is black and green and glows inthe dark, the fish also has 10-inch-long poisonous teeth. John decided to start unpacking with Jerry, and while looking for the food bags, they come across Kevin's duffle bag and notice a piece of paper with a date, time, and location of a secret meeting that Kevin was going to have with the great Blaze Keeper for unknown purposes. Jerry accidentally drops Kevin's duffle bag and heard the clank of metal, so they decide to investigate, when they open the duffle bag, they find a 30-inch-long black and red glowing sword! They both, after putting the bag back the way it was casually come back with the food and go to talk to Vincent about what they just discovered. Vincent decided that there is only one possible explataion, Vincent only says one word "Neon Keeper", realizing that they don't know what he means he clarifies for them, "A Neon Keeper is someone who is able to make animals and basically anything out of neon, this would mean that Kevin, our friend, is not from Earth, but from the Elemental Galaxy, specifically from the planet, Neoplanthetron, that explains why his family all have glowing clothes and cars, even their house glows. If I'm correct, then we are dealing with a highly dangerous person, Kevin has powers that he could never possibly imagine. We must, dare I say, RUN FOR THE HILLS!". As this was taking place, Kevin was hiding in some nearby bushes and quietly sneaks off with his sword, leaving behind his friends to go find Blaze Keeper, only leaving a note saying that he way glad for the time that he spent with them as friends, but that it was time to move on.

After kevin left his friends, he decided to make a hoverpod(which is a 10 foot long pod that, when a passenger enters, minimizes its outside to the size of a grain of sand) and teleported to Firecarianaian. When he gets there, he runs into Rocoka and Frost(two of Blaze Keeper's friends that helped him defeat Hojasoma and his army), they strike up a conversation about food and decide to go to the Elemental Snacks restaurant, where they eat Blue fire clams with red ice sauce. As they talk, Frost gets a notification on his wristwatch, telling him that his wife Keloki has just finished their son, Brock's birthday cake, and that she needs his help to tell all of his friends at EAEK(Elemental Academy for Element Keepers) to come to his party without letting Brock know about it. Once Frost leaves, Rocoka and Kevin leave the restaurant, as they leave, a beautiful redhaired girl in a green skirt brushes against Kevin and as they pass she hands him a piece of paper with her eyenumber(the phonenumber that she can text with her mind via her eyecontacts that all the EAEK students wear). When Rocoka and Kevin part ways, Kevin asks Rocoka where Blaze Keeper is and Rocoka says,"Blaze is at the firekeeper class, and that he is in the middle of a class, but you can attend the class if you come and follow me.". So Kevin goes along with Rocoka and when they get to the class, the first person that Kevin sees is the redhaired girl from the restaurant hugging the teacher! At first Kevin in infuriated, thinking that she's a no good looser, until Rocoka notices his look of rage and informs him that the teacher is Blaze Keeper, the girl's father. Startling right? Well Kevin was surprised and decided to excitedly introduce himself as they finished their hug, Blaze greets him with a firm hairy handshake and introduces the girl as Scarlette, his beautiful daughter, which is beaming with an exciting beautiful smile that seems to glow. Kevin gladly accepts her handshake and Blaze lets him know that if he is going to stay at the school that he will be living in a dorm, Kevin doesn't seem to mind, that is until he sees who his roomate is!
