Later that night mya's dad was on his bed with his new wife. Mya heard her dad talking. She carefully went to sleep. The next morning dad was gone too work. Mya went downstairs to the kitchen, mya saw Maxine stealing $100 out of dad's office. "Hey Maxine I saw that put it back". " listen hera miss wanna be u didn't shit, now go and get." Mya walked out the house and hopped onto her motorcycle and went to the store.

     Mya parked her bike in the parking lot and walked into the store. "Mya welcome back what r u here for." "A skateboard and gum". Mya went to isle 3 and got a skateboard and gum. She went to the counter, " that's $15.23." Mya handed the cash to the clerk, " thanks max have a nice day". "U too." Mya walked out the store to her motorcycle, she put her skateboard on the back of her bike.

Later that night mya sat on her bed."Mya it's time to eat". Mya walked out her room to the kitchen. Everyone sat down at the table and ate. " Mya eat your food." "Dad I'm not hungry." Mya walked away from the table to her room. After the dinner Mya's dad came into the room. "Mya is everything ok." "Yeah everything is super." Mya dad sat on the bed. "Do u even miss mom." "Of course I do Mya, your mother was my first love." Maxine walked in. Mya hugged her father. As the sun fell into the night sky Mya sat on her bed looking into the sky thinking about mother.

      At 7:30 am Mya went to the skate park with her brand new skateboard. She walked to the platform. "Hey look that chic is trying to skate." "Hey u 3 y'all should put your ass in your mouths." Mya rode her skateboard everywhere. She stopped & walked to the 3 boys. "Y'all r so stupid." Mya walked away. "Hey Zac ask her for her digits." Zac caught up with Mya. "Hey wait." Mya turned around and looked at him. "I never caught your name." "It's Mya ." "I'm Zac ." About 5 minutes later Zac got Mya digits. 

 During the afternoon Mya went to the beach that is behind her house. Someone came up behind her. "Hey." "Zac don't scare me like that, what r u doing here." "I just want to say hi." Maxine came outside and walked towards Mya & Zac. "Missy who is this in my house." Mya didn't say anything. " Mya I'm talking to u answer me DAMN IT!"Maxine grab Mya and slap her. "Next time answer me little girl." Zac help up Mya. "Hey r u ok." Mya shook her head no. They sat on the beach. "Mya I know that we don't know each other but do u want to kiss." Mya sat up and kiss Zac. She sat back. Zac smiled and kiss Mya back. Zac left and Mya walked into the house, her father came into the house. "Hi Mya...what happened to your face." Mya's right cheek was red. "Ask your new wife that u love more than mom!" Mya ran to her room. Mr.Conners put his bag down and went upstairs. "Honey u home."

Mya heard everything that her dad and Maxine were saying. "What in this world were u thinking Maxine!" "She brought a stranger into my house!" "I made a mistake by marrying u maxine!" "What how can u say that!?" Mya went past her fathers room and went to the kitchen to put ice in her cheek. They were still yelling. 

Mya heard that her father said sorry to his new wife. After that day Mya found out that Maxine was staying. Mya went to sleep.
