Been dreaming, creating, playing, and writing since I got my first Walt Disney's Treasury of Children's Classics when I was five years old. And then my teen and young adult years brought me Tolkien's Lord of the Rings, Norton's Forerunner Foray, McCaffrey's Dragonflight, Schmitz' The Witches of Karres, Lackey's Bedlam Bard, Kurtz' Deryni Rising, Asimov's I, Robot, the Pini's Elfquest, Howard's Conan the Barbarian, Clarke's The Hammer of God, Herbert's Dune, Bradbury's The Martian Chronicles...the list goes on and on and on, and I loved them all. And then, I discovered Dungeons & Dragons...a place where I could bring to life all the characters that populated my imagination and begged to be made into "real" boys and girls. And now, after 40+ years of raising a family and surviving a career in the mundane world, I am retired; free to dream, create, play, and write every waking minute, with the love of my life by my side...the one who won my heart when his renegade drow elf laid a black rose on the pillow of my celtic druid priestess. And the magic is still there!
