Building a prospect list for a new service

We’ve just added website accessibility audits as a service at our agency, and now we need to build the first prospect list for it. Buying a database of companies in the right industries feels pretty pointless because it tells us nothing about whether accessibility is actually a problem for them right now. I’d rather find businesses where someone is already asking how to fix accessibility issues, complaining about an audit they failed, or looking for help making their site compliant. Is there a practical way to build a prospect list automatically from companies showing that kind of current need instead of starting with thousands of cold contacts?

The strongest posts usually have a consequence attached to them. A failed client audit, a legal warning, or a checkout that can’t be used with a keyboard tells you there may be real work behind the question. Set up Brand24 searches around those situations and send the useful matches into your CRM with Zapier. Keep the original post attached to each company, so the rep knows why that prospect made the list and can open the conversation around the actual problem.

New service, same old agency problem. Everyone likes the idea until somebody asks where the first clients are coming from, and then a giant spreadsheet suddenly gets called a pipeline. You can use RevenueScout for automated prospect list building here: https://revenuescout.ai/ . It finds matching public discussions and turns the useful ones into prospects for the team to review. It also keeps the original conversation with each lead, so the rep has a real reason to respond. They can drop the weak matches and work with the ones that actually sound like a job.
