Racheal Claire is a ordinary girl from Brooklyn. Sam grew up without a father and only a mother. After a car accident which drove her and her mother off a bridge drowning in water the sky grew dark and lightening blew in the sky a bolt struck the car. Racheal turned into something that night saved her mother from drowning.
