SCP-049 is humanoid in appearance, standing at 1.9 m tall and weighing 95.3 kg; however, the Foundation is currently incapable of studying its face and body more fully, as it is covered in what appears to be the garb of the traditional “Plague Doctor” from 15-16th century Europe. This material is actually a part of SCP-049’s body, as microscopic and genetic testing show it to be similar in structure to muscle, although it feels much like rough leather, and the mask much like ceramic.

SCP-049’s touch is invariably lethal to humans. After contact with SCP-049’s hand(s), the victim (hereafter referred to as SCP-049-2) dies within moments. SCP-049 will then produce a bag containing scalpels, needle, thread, and several vials of an as-yet-unidentified substance from somewhere within its body and begin to dissect SCP-049-2, as well as inserting various chemicals into the body. After approximately 20 minutes, SCP-049 will sew SCP-049-2 back up and become docile once more.

this is the story of what happened and how SCP-049 was contained,

THE HUNT OF SCP-049

In the country of Indiana a woman with black hair and a flannel shirt was putting away her chickens, when she heard someone walking,

"Hello?"

then after two long seconds of silence their was a reply,

"Hello."

"Who is there?" then the woman coughed,

"You are sick."

"No no no it is just a coughed."

"I a not talking about that, I sense the disease in you."

"The disease? what disease?"

"The great pestilence."

"The what? who are you?' then SCP-049 walked out of the shadows,

"I am a doctor."  then SCP-049 began to walk towards her with his hand out trying to grab her, then she ran back and grabbed her shot gun. She turned back and shot SCP-049 in the chest then he fell on one knee, then he stood up unharmed, 

"Stop resisting, I am here to cure you." the woman then began to run away, and no matter where she ran she could here his voice,

"You are not a doctor, I am the cure." then she turned the corner and then SCP-049 was standing right there

then SCP-049 went to grab her and she grabbed his arm to stop but he was too strong and he touched her forehead.

The woman went to let out a scream in pain but she couldn't she then slowly fell to the ground dead, then SCP-049 pulled out a needle,

"I am the cure." Later a man came outside,

"Honey? where are you?" then he heard walking then he turned around and then he was knocked over by his zombie wife, the man screamed as she began to tear into his stomach with her hands. SCP-049 walked in the home,

"What a lovely home."
