I bet right now you are wondering why is this book called midnight. Yes? Well then I am glad you asked. Why is midnight so scary? Well your about to find out! 

 I woke up at 11:57 p.m. I wanted the answer to why I woke up. Well it was now 11:59 and I was still wondering. Something made me come off guard. I looked around my closet I saw nothing. So I decided to look out my window. I saw someone standing outside. I almost screamed. I shuted the blinds. I went back to sleep.

 I woke up and I was breathing hard. OMG I said. WAS THAT A DREAM? Well then I am going to my mom. I yelled at my mom and said she needs to come to my room. No answer.”mom” I said. Still no answer. I went to her room to find a bed with no mom. I heard a knock on the door. It was the guy from  midnight. Do I open it?
