Choosing the Best Colleges and Universities for Your Family

Knowing the best colleges and universities with the most expensive tuition fees in the Philippines is absolutely important when preparing for your child’s future.

With kids, it’s crucial to plan for the long term. It doesn’t matter if your child is only in elementary school right now. Preparing for four or more years of tertiary education, as well as all their housing and other needs, is no small matter.

Not only do you have to plan for the expensive tuition fees that come with getting a higher education, but you also need to check out houses and lots for sale for your child. Ideally, these should be near the campus so that they can avoid the hassles of daily transportation.

Since it may be challenging to provide your incoming college student a house and lot in the middle of Metro Manila, you can turn to condos for sale instead. Condos are practically a dime a dozen in the Metro, allowing your child to still practice a luxurious condo lifestyle. Brittany offers beautiful properties in Tagaytay, Sta. Rosa, Alabang, and Paranaque that might fit your kids’ needs later on.
