Drake Chaoxiang

In 1991 a journal was found in Dayton, Ohio - less than a mile from a crash site where alien bodies were discovered. It was the surviving journal of a missing person - one Drake Chaoxiang - who claimed to have constructed a device for communicating with extra terrestrials.
