Two Paths

When I wrote this, I was caught in a crossroads in my life, and I wasn't sure what option to take, so I just wrote this, expressing my thoughts. You see, at that time, I was frustratedly thinking about it, and I thought "Hmm, why not write this down? They say that writing expresses emotion and what you're feeling in the instant, so I think this would be a good release for me and good to read, as well." So, yup. That's where this came from and that's why I wrote it. Enjoy!

But only one soul to live it

 

Which

Is the best option?

Which

Will bring me the most happiness?

Which

Is the right choice for me?

 

Is it

Just a question

Of what I want versus what I need

 

Or is it

Just the thought

That I can push myself hard or take the easier route out

 

Which is right?

Which is right for me?

 

The answer lies deep inside of me

Waiting to be discovered

Waiting to be unleashed

In a flurry of gorgeous oneness, gorgeous me-ness

That will challenge the world

To

End.
