Chapter 2

On the way home, she chuckled at the workers absurd warning. "Make sure not to get your blood on the dress." As if she would be so inconsiderate to let that happen. She was a young civilized woman on her prime. "I could rule the world!" she always thought to herself.

But she was to excited to ponder long about it. The party was tomorrow! Everyone would be there! She would get to wear her new, white silk dress. With lace trimmings! That was the best part.

One the day of the party, Lilian was putting on her dress when she noticed she pricked her finger. She looked for blood on the dress, but she couldn't find any, so she continued getting ready. She played some classical music as the guests arrived. It looked like the whole town was here!

He was proud of herself for making such a successful party. Of course she had better ones, but by her standards it was ok. But then she remembered, she hadn't brought out the wine! She rushed to the kitchen, but bumped in to Mrs. Vandell "Woah what's the rush?" Said Mrs. Vandell. "So now she wants to talk." Thought Lilian.

Chapter 1: Fresh Blood

Love is many things, a feeling, a warmth, but it can be an obsession, it can be suffering. One thing I've learned is, it's both.

"Hello Lilain! Lovely weather we're having, aye?" Said Mrs. Vandell. "Why yes! The flowers in my garden seem so cheerful!" Mrs. Dolló chimed in. The ladies laughed and talked, and forgot that Lilian was even there. It seemed like they always did.

Never mind that though, Lilian was to busy for small talk. She had a party to plan. She needed a new dress and went to an old boutique. She could smell the cheap perfume and dust every step she took. The boutique was filled with dresses and all the accessories a girl could ask for. But she believed all the dresses were shabby, except the one in the very back.

Lilian called for one of the workers. As the worker approached she gasped on awe. "Y-You're Lilian.. Lilian Starboard the famous actress!" She stammered, with her eyes glowing. "Yes, know I want this dress, how much?"

The workers face turned pale, "I-I don't think you want that one." She stammered again, trying to pull Lilian away. She stomped her foot and said "I want that dress!" Two ladies looked at her and giggled. "But ma'am-" The worker started "I could buy this place! Help me try I it on!" She yelled. The worker looked at her and gulped.

Chapter 3: Sickness

Lilian just moved past her and stepped into the kitchen. But with one step in, she got enormous pain in her stomach, and she felt so dizzy she was going to faint. Mrs. Vandell screamed as she plopped on the floor.

Lilian's eyes slowly opened. She was in a hospital! She looked for her dress, but couldn't find it. All she had was some clothes that the doctors gave her. She yelled for a doctor, and one came bursting in. "Where am I!? I demand to know!" The Doctor stared at her. "False Alarm." He said and walked out the door.

When the doctor was gone, she hopped out of the hospital bed and looked out the window. It was Some people from the party! Mrs. Dolló saw her and rushed in. Mrs. Vandell was in not a second later. "Oh my deary, you gave us quite a scare!" Said Mrs. Dolló, Mrs. Vandell nodded and pat her shoulder.

Lilian stood there puzzled. "The dress.." she mumbled, "Yes you fainted, those doctors took that dress of you and it was like a curse was lifted!" The woman both chuckled. "Well the doctors said they run a few more tests then we can take you home." Home
