My fiction writing days started when I was about four or five, when my best friend and I would 'write and illustrate' (narrate to a day care worker and use stencils to do our drawings) our own picture books, which we would then make the rest of our friends suffer through.
I am currently studying Creative Writing in my university as part of my degree and I hope to follow through with my dream of becoming an author and using it to pursue my art as well as maintain my addiction to video games. My work is greatly influenced by fantasy novelists such as George R. R. Martin, J.K. Rowling, and Tolkien; but I am also a fan of John Steinbeck and Connie Willis - whose work in inspiring me to broaden out to fiction and science fiction.
