Letters on a wheel seemed silly to me at first, but now I kind of love when they spell something mid‑session. It’s an easy way to add micro‑goals. What clever letter mechanics have you seen?

I keep a goofy spreadsheet of near‑completions, like when we were one letter short for ages. Totally unnecessary, but it makes a long session feel like a season of episodes.
