Automation technologies: free constructor for trading robots

I’ve been experimenting with different trading strategies for a while, mostly manual stuff, but recently I started thinking about automation. The problem is I’m not really into coding, so every time I try to figure out how to build a bot from scratch I end up overwhelmed. A friend mentioned some platforms now have a “constructor” where you can just pick blocks and create a robot without needing to program. Has anyone actually tried this in real trading? Does it save time, or is it just another gimmick to lure traders in?

I’ve been using one of those constructors for a couple of months. Honestly, it’s much easier than I thought. You don’t need to write any code, you just drag rules like “if price hits X, then do Y.” I started with something simple, like setting stop-loss and take-profit rules automatically, and then added more conditions. The cool part is you can test the setup before putting it live, so you see how it would behave. For me, it really reduced the stress of watching charts all day. If you’re curious, I first found it on roboforex and I’ve been tweaking my bots ever since.
