HGH specifically for body

Lately I’ve been wondering about the long-term effects of using HGH specifically for body recomposition. I’m not talking about short blasts or quick fixes, but situations where someone stays on a structured protocol for months and tries to balance fat loss with lean mass gain. I’ve seen people claim it “reshapes” them over time, but the experiences vary a lot. Has anyone here gone through a longer phase and actually tracked changes week by week or noticed something unexpected?

I haven’t done a full multi-month cycle myself, but I’ve watched a training partner go through one, and what surprised both of us was how slowly the visual changes appeared compared to the strength improvements. He didn’t blow up or shred overnight, yet when we looked back at older photos after three months, it was obvious he’d leaned out in places he hadn’t even noticed. So yeah, it seems like patience and steady monitoring are a big part of it.
