I use Liven when I am emotionally unstable, and it helps me to level out a little. But I don't know how to turn this into systemic support. Has anyone used the app during a difficult period in life? Share what worked — I want to make a resource out of this, not a one-time help

In moments of instability and uncertainty, users increasingly turn to digital tools for self-organization. Applications can help maintain focus, record experiences and track mood changes. Such functions are becoming part of everyday support and can be used during work, study or leisure
