Puppy nutrition in the first months

Hi everyone! We recently brought home our little Labrador puppy, he’s almost two months old, and I’m a bit lost about what to feed him. We’ve had adult dogs before, and I was used to giving them regular dry food, but puppies seem to need something special. I tried mixing dry and wet food, but sometimes he refuses to eat, or he eats too quickly and then throws up a little. I’ve also read that it’s important to give vitamins and watch the calcium intake, but I’m afraid of overdoing it. I really want him to grow healthy and energetic, and I’m curious how you handled feeding during the first months of a puppy’s life.

I just happened to come across this topic, and I’m curious about how quickly puppies grow in the first few months. A friend of mine recently got a Husky puppy, and she said that sometimes you just sit and watch them gain weight and learn new things. It seems like every day brings some changes — new teeth, first attempts at running, first little games. Watching this process, even from the side, is fascinating, because caring for a small puppy takes so much energy, and seeing them gradually become more independent is really exciting.
