The impact of supplements on hormonal balance

So I’ve been thinking about this for a while. Last year I started experimenting with different supplements to improve my physique and energy levels. At first everything felt fine — better pumps, more motivation, faster recovery. But after a few months I noticed my sleep was lighter and my mood swings were more noticeable. It wasn’t dramatic, just subtle changes that made me question what was going on hormonally.

I know a lot of products claim to “support balance,” but do they actually shift things more than we expect? Has anyone here experienced noticeable hormonal changes from supplements?

This is actually an interesting topic. I’m not deeply into performance supplements myself, but I’ve seen friends get really focused on them without thinking about long-term balance. Personally, I’ve noticed that when my sleep and stress are under control, I don’t even feel the need for much extra support.
It’s cool to see people here talking about awareness instead of just chasing quick results. Hormones are tricky, and small changes can have bigger effects than we expect.
