Best AI tools for generating promo videos

Running a promo campaign for an upcoming product and the budget for actual shoots is basically nonexistent right now. No crew, no actors, nothing. Was thinking about just generating short video clips with AI instead and seeing how far that gets me. Anyone know which tools are actually producing stuff that looks close to real footage these days?

The thing with promo videos is they need to hold up at full screen, not just in a tiny preview window, so realism and sharpness matter more than with other content. Worth checking out Kling 3.0, an AI video generation platform that's been getting a lot of attention lately, find it at https://kling3.pro . The motion quality on human subjects is noticeably better than most other generators right now, which makes a difference when you're putting something in front of actual customers.
