How people actually grow on social media today
Lately I’ve been thinking about how unpredictable social media growth has become. One day a post gets ignored, the next one suddenly gains traction for no obvious reason. It makes me wonder whether it’s still possible to grow organically without any external help. Do you rely purely on content quality, or do you think using different promotion tools is just part of the game now? I’m curious how others approach this, especially when starting from scratch.
That’s an interesting point. I still feel a bit torn about using external services, though. On one hand, visibility really is a challenge now, especially with how crowded platforms are. On the other hand, I don’t want to lose the sense that growth comes from genuine interest. Maybe the best approach is somewhere in between—focusing on good content but also understanding how algorithms work and adapting to them. In the end, it seems like flexibility is more important than sticking to just one strategy.
