Where to find actual 4K content for my new TV?
Finally ditched my old janky TV that only worked if you smacked it on the side first. Picked up a sick new one with ultra HD so I can actually watch movies the way they're supposed to look. Problem is I haven't found anything in decent quality yet to really see what this thing can do. Where should I be looking to download proper 4K films? Everything I'm finding online is either fake or compressed to hell.
Congrats on the upgrade, nothing beats that first time you fire up something that actually uses the screen's capabilities. Back in the day everyone was hitting up Pirate Bay for everything, just grab a torrent client and you were set. Those sites are still around but they're sketchy now with all the takedowns and fake uploads. You're better off looking for dedicated platforms that specialize in high-quality releases where you're not gambling on whether the file's legit.
