Anyone know what age HGH is generally recommended for?

I've been noticing lately that I just don’t bounce back the way I used to. I work out regularly and eat pretty well, but the recovery time is getting longer and I’m always a bit sore. It makes me wonder if I'm just getting old, or if there might be something else going on. My doc suggested that my hormone levels might be shifting, and he hinted at HGH as a possible solution, but I'm curious - what's the typical age range when people start considering something like that? Is there even a "typical" age, or is it all based on individual needs??

From what I've gathered, there isn’t really a specific age, but rather a point when you start seeing some signs of decline. I've heard of some guys in their 30s using it, while others don't even consider it until their 50s or 60s. It varies based on individual HGH levels and goals. Actually, someone mentioned checking out the AtoxBio official site to get some insights on available options and what might be suitable. Of course, you should always consult with a doctor to see if it’s right for you. Many things go into the decision.
