Has anyone tried using a business software consultant for their company?

Our company uses a pretty extensive suite of business software for everything from customer relationship management to project collaboration. While these tools are powerful, I sometimes feel like we're not fully leveraging them, or that the configurations could be more tailored to our specific workflows. I'm wondering if anyone here has experience hiring a business software consultant to help optimize their systems. What was your experience like? Did it provide good value, and what kind of outcomes did you see?

Absolutely, we actually brought in a business software consultant last year, and it made a significant difference. We were struggling with integrating our various platforms and automating certain tasks, which was leading to a lot of manual work and potential for errors. The consultant took the time to understand our existing processes thoroughly before suggesting any changes. They helped us streamline everything, from customizing our CRM to setting up automated reports that save us hours every week. Working with a dedicated zoho consultant meant we got insights and solutions tailored directly to our business needs, something we couldn't achieve with generic support articles alone.
