What do you look for in a Writing Competition?

What is it about a writing competition that makes you want to enter? What is important?
The prize?
The entry fee?
The topic?
The organisation?
The word limit?

For me, it is about whether I have a piece of writing I'm happy with and ready. Or else it will depend on the topic and if i'm inspired. A prize is not a draw card, having a piece of writing published is the best prize. An entry fee can sometimes be a turn off and I suppose the organisation/publication does carry some weight.
