Hello! I'm Mandy Wolf and I want to say that all the art in this book was drawn by me. I also really enjoyed making this book. I hope you enjoy it as much as me!

A young girl-13 years old- Was sitting on a rock wall. It was't that tall; about 3 or 4 feet. The sun beamed on her short, brown hair. She was looking at a binder in her lap with a pencil in hand. Other people sat on the wall while they waited for the cars and after-school buses to pick them up. The girl was doing homework while waiting for her After-school Studies bus to come.

She was wearing a school uniform. It had a white button up shirt with a cute navy blue skirt. Navy blue socks with a white stripe complemented the skirt. The outfit was paired with black shoes and a black tie. A little crest was embedded onto the pocket of the dress shirt. It was a little golden crown. This was Crownfield Middle's signature female uniform.

Another girl walked up to her. This one had blond (and messy) hair tied up in a ponytail. She wore the same uniform but her tie draped messily over her shoulders.

“Hey, Mandy!” She started “Still waiting for your bus?”

The girl on the wall looked up at her friend. “Yeah… I don't see your dance bus either, Amber.”

“Hm?” The standing girl, Amber, looked around. “You're right. Might be a substitute driver getting lost. I'll sit with you until one of our buses come!”

“Ok sure,” Mandy smiled, moving her backpack to the ground to give Amber some room to sit.

Amber hopped up onto the stone wall and looked over Mandy's shoulder.

“What are you working on? she asked

Mandy looked at the homework page for a second before responding.

“I have no clue.” she joked

Amber knew what Mandy was talking about, since they were such close friends. “Yeah. Math sucks.”
