There is nothing wrong with letting your child skip school or writing an essay for him.

1. Over the past 15-20 years, the load on children at school has increased significantly

This is due to the different processes that take place in education. Partly because there are too many different reforms in education, and every subsequent reformer comes and adds something. Partly - because the school is placed in conditions of financial survival. And therefore now many circles and electives are paid. Schools are interested in children doing more.

2. Physical and psychological stress is always interconnected

We, of course, share the concepts of "emotion", "mental", "physical" stress. But in reality, man is a single being. And when he has too much physical load, then everything else works out much worse. The brain does not start working as well as we would like (even in an adult).

In children, it is generally very difficult to separate the physical, emotional, and intellectual. If the child is too overwhelmed, for example, physically, then he simply will not have the strength for emotions and intellectual development. And vice versa. In modern schools, children tend to be overwhelmed intellectually. They have little energy left to develop physically and emotionally, and this is noticeable.

3. Throwing one circle for another is normal and even useful

Parents often believe that if a child starts doing something, then he must definitely finish it. And if suddenly the child learned to play the guitar for a year, and then decided to quit, the parents immediately sound the alarm: "He will never learn to bring anything to the end!" And this anxiety pours out on children. And children may want one thing, another, a third. They want to change themselves, try in different areas. A child can go over all the musical instruments and understand that this is not his at all. And at the same time he will gain tremendous experience.

4. The child in primary school has a maximum of an hour or two of free time

Let's calculate how much free time per day remains, for example, in elementary school. First, the child must sleep. From nine to ten o'clock - there is no getting away from it. If the child has not had enough sleep, this is immediately evident, especially among elementary school students. Everything is much more difficult for them. It is very simple to check whether the child is sleeping enough: when he gets enough sleep, he gets up by himself, he does not need to be woken up, even early in the morning. Secondly, the child must spend time outdoors, move. At least an hour and a half a day (and more on weekends). Otherwise, he will feel bad and often get sick.

So, we have time for sleep, for a walk, for a normal meal - it is also different for each child. This can also include the time that we communicate with the child (at least half an hour). The child should have time to play at least twice an hour a day. Yes, elementary school students also play! And if your child comes from school and rushes to toys, you are very lucky, because he is developing normally.

Plus time for homework. In an amicable way, homework on one subject should not take more time than it does at school. It is desirable that less, but now do not ask less. The lesson lasts within 40-45 minutes - so we expect. As a result, a primary school student who does not go to clubs and sections has a maximum of 1-2 hours of free time per day.

The child grows unevenly, eats unevenly. And you can't do it so that every day he has the same, standard load. Otherwise, he will get sick (or other unpleasant symptoms will appear). Or just refuse to do something. ...

5. It is harder for a teenager to cope with loads than a primary school student

A lot of complex processes take place in a teenager's body. They take away strength and contradict everything that is required of a teenager. Crazy load, tutors, OGE, USE, admission - but in the body is completely different. For example, a teenager's regimen is lost due to hormonal changes. Parents often swear at a child who sits with headphones or a computer until midnight. And he may be happy to fall asleep, but he cannot. Physiologically. But he wants to sleep in the morning, but in the morning he has to go to school. Therefore, teenagers fall asleep during the day. Parents are all on their nerves (grades 9-11, exams!): The child will go to the physics tutor in an hour, and he went to bed. And if you do not sleep, emotional breakdowns will begin.

6. It's okay to let your child skip school

And even in writing an essay for a child when he is tired you can use cheap essay writing service. Any teenager (even a calm and balanced one) has a hard and constant struggle with something. And he needs your help. What to do? Rebuild the schedule, allow not to go to school if the child has not slept at all, and in the afternoon it is necessary to see a tutor. Allow to replace something. Help until "Let me write this abstract for you?" Without anger, but simply with the words: “I will help you. You have a lot to do. You help me when I am tired and do not have time for anything, right? "
