You can also add no salt salsa in it, before that you have to warm the tortilla between slightly moistened paper towels in microwave for a minute and then top it with the veggies and salsa and finally fold and serve it hot.
  4. Cheeseburgers without the bun: Burgers for weight loss, isn’t that exciting? This is prepared by putting a bit of butter on pan and then adding burgers and spices. After that few slices of cheddar and cream cheese is put on top before serving. You can add spinach and salsa in the dish for increasing its nutritional value.

Meatza: Pizza is such a dish which everyone loves to eat but it must be strictly avoided in the process of weight loss, but you can have meatza instead of it, which tastes even better than the pizza. For preparing it, you have to put at the bottom of the baking dish the mixture of ground beef, onions, spices, salsa and garlic powder and then add shredded cheese on top of it and spread bacon slices over and bake for 30-40 minutes.
