Chapter 1
When it comes to the psychology of motivation, it is important that you take into account many factors that can have a big impact on what determines an individuals outcome in life. It's no secret that we are a product of our environment and therefore behave in certain ways because of what we have learned from others.
Letting go is a powerful tool because it allows the process to take the path of least resistance. Ive learned how to visualize and then surrender. I've been seeing and feeling the results and the only way to know is to do it. There are many components to the power of the mind to attract what you want.
One resource I found that succeeds in merging these is the Teds Mind Guide as it's the most incredible guide that I've seen. My life has never been better, I've finally reached a point where almost nothing brings me down. I've been in a solid relationship for almost 7 months now, I am do fantastic in school, I have awesome friends, and I am rather fit. This positive mindset has transformed me into a positive individual. Happiness and change does come from within. Positive thinking leads to positive outcomes.

1) get comfortable, close your eyes and roll them, focus on your breathing 2) recreate a winning feeling by bringing a positive image from your past and relieve it 3) envision your future goal as if you've already achieved it, as detailed as possible ->say ''I now allow myself to have _______. So be it, it is done'' and believe that you deserve it, no guilt!!
Happiness is a state of mind!!
1) don't let any outer world experiences influence you on how you think about yourself. Change the way you react to circumstances. Stand outside of the picture, don't let it affect you personally 2) mentally control the circumstances and never see ''failures'' as failures. Life will become easy! It is easy! Practice living your life in the present!!!! The secret to being alive and happy is to experience the present!!! Think of your happiest moments. You weren't thinking of the past or the future because you were busy living in the NOW! Be ABSORBED on the feeling of being alive!!!!
don't think, don't try, just do!
3) make happiness a habit. Make it your choice. Appreciate things! SAY YES!
