“Ebony wake up “ says my sister Krissy .krissy could u please let me sleep I haven been up since 3:30am having bad dreams shaking wondering how Can I live life everyday knowing mom is not coming back never in its only been a day bad things keeps happening  to me I wish I could have mom back for 1 more day to tell her how much I love her in cherish her like I should have I wish I could have been there to save her says krissy mom was good to everyone she was the best mom anyone could ask for in a million years she would break her back for us she would do things that she had no bussines doing like stealing from her job when she had no money to feed us stealing clothes to make sure we would be warm I miss her so much my mother who was 39 years old her name was Kristen she had breast cancer,’’high blood pressure she was an anemic and also was hiv postive at 25 she found out she had cancer she then went through so much surgery but was still well she beat cancer 2year later after surgey a year later she passed out in the middle of the road because her iron was so low she didn’t never take her iron medicine the ambulance rushed her to the hospital she was in a coma for 2months the hospital still kept her for 2weeks to see how she would do she was doing so well they decide to let her out before the 2weeks in care of a nurse weeks and weeks later my mom was on her own again taking her medicine in me and my sister krissy would help her keep up with her medication  we were my moms only source she had know one but us we didn’t know any of our family mom never introduced us to NO ONE ! Mom had got a bf she had known him from high school she introduced me & krissy to him he seem to be a nice guy but looked like he was afraid mom moved him in 2weeks later things were going well she told him her situation in wat all she went through they seem to be happy besides 1morning krissy heard Sammy and mom arguing  she seen him pull out something black she ran in told me wat she seen and that they were arguing i then told krissy to go in the room in shut the door I ran down stairs to see wats going on i hid behind the fridge I heard !sammy yell “YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT YOU GOT IT !!!” I then begin to think about mom being hiv postive but she said she told him her situation i then heard something says Boom BOOM all I though about was mom in krissy I immediately open moms room door blood was splattered everywhere I started to look around in mom was there on her bad dead I’ve never saw so much blood I didn’t see Sammy but  the window was open I called 911 in reported that my mom has been shot it was like a nightmare a dream in seemed so unreal I never imagined this happening all we knew was Mommy we never had a father it was like a beach with no sand only having a mom that I would never think leave this world being shot and killed after beating cancer in all her other sickness I wish I could have saved her 

 Policed and paramedics then arrived 10 minutes later they pronounced that mom was dead in then took her body in was such a depressing moment the police asked me in krissy questions about wat happen i then told them they asked we’res our family I responded we don’t have any family all we had was mom the police thought I was playing he asked for our full name in age & in the system the only name was under our emergency papers where my mom he than took us to some place called child protective services we set there for about 2hrs some females came to sit and talk to me and krissy they asked our adges i replied 17 &krissy replied 13 they seem so sad for us they asked have we ever been separated from each other I began to worry y would she ask us that my mind went all over the place Moms gone in all my little sister have left is me I would loose it if they separate us 10mins later the cps lady had brought 2ladys to the table to meet both me and krissy and told us that we would have to separate for a while krissy cried in cried in cried in cried I would be 18 soon so I could leave but she has to stay my heart dropped to my feet I can’t live without her  being separate wasn’t working I began to get sick so sick I couldn’t eat sleep I went days without bathing the lady house who had custody of me was so bad I wonder did the cps people know how it look cats litter was every were the lady never fed me she was so nasty to me in 10days I would be 18 so happy ready to leave to find my sister it’s been 2months I haven’t seen my sister or y’all to her she’s in a whole different state I really wanna get in contact with krissy soon as I turnt 18 I went to cps office I ask for records of my sister they did not give me n address they said I could write a letter in they could ship it to the address i then wrote a letter to her n asked her how things going is she ok n I told her how much I missed her she never wrote back I till 7months later on her birthday she just turnt 16 I was worried on the letter she only wrote I MISS YOU SO MUCH CAN U PLEASE GET ME AWAY FROM THIS MAN !!  Immediately I gave her my information to contact me she contacted me crying telling me the lady husband raped her he would keep her in the room y everybody eats dinner act to help with her homework in steal her vagina he would beat her in cuff her to the bed and tape her mouth my mouth dropped open tears rushed down my face my face turn red I got so angry she gave me the address to there house i had no way to get to my sister but walk it was a 1day walk I walked there no water nothing to eat I’ve walked in walked until I got there I arrived to the house it was spooky all there Windows was bussed there was no door  I walked straight in I yelled my sister name but it was a school day I forgot she would be at school began to search the house all room doors were open besides 1 I put my ear the door to listen I heard a man yelling OPEN YOUR MOUTH !! To the right of me was a medal pole I beat the door down my sister was pin down to the bed he tried to attack me I beat him in the had with the medal pole I had so much anger I beat him until I seen blood I beat him so bad I’m the head I cracked his head open I felt every inch of him doing the dirty things he did to my sister tears fall down krissy face she held in hugged me so tight in thanked me so much she mentioned that I remind her so much of mom I don’t know wat I would have done if I would of lost her I’m happy I found u krissy  me and krissy both went back to the cps office together the cps lady asked wat was I doing with her I told her wat happen she didn’t care she was not trying to hear anything that I said about krissy being rapped she laughed in said that’s wat she get ohhhhhhhh really I yelled !!!!next thing u know krissy and the lady argued in argued I seen a officer walk in he was trying to take me to jail for going to get krissy wasn’t going for it the officers gun was on his waist I snatched it shot him and the cps lady me and krissy is now on the run I didn’t make sure or see if they were dead i just knew to get out of town
