Hydro Bathmate is very easy to use both in the shower or bathtub. Use warm water to make it more comfortable and effective. Let yourself relax for a few minutes, fill your hydro pump with water, then adjust the position so that the pump can seal the pressure. Press the valve while pushing the pump to the body and slowly removing the water.
