All the kids in the world have started drawing the same thing. Maybe this is the chance I've been waiting for. I sure hope so.

Reports from all over the world are consistent. Instagram is flooded with pictures of the drawings of the kids posted by both proud and concerned parents and guardians. Psychiatrists, psychologists and symbologists have also started commenting on the phenomena. I'm just putting the final touches to my own work. This is it, I feel it: my big break.

It has been seventy-two hours since the mysterious artwork has appeared. Symbologists have noted archaic symbols from the mass of scribbles that were drawn. Psychologists are baffled by what is happening. The kids are all 'normal' in any other light. They just cannot stop drawing the exact same mass of scribbles. I just need one more piece to finish my work.

This is bad, so very very bad. The symbologists have decoded a message from the kids' work: a message of destruction. Extremists from all over the world are acting up: some are saying it's the work of Satan, political activists are calling it a government experiment gone wrong and still others are claiming that extra terrestrial beings are at work.

The world is preparing for war or doomsday. We're not sure which will come first. And they leave me no choice. I thought this was my chance but I was wrong.

All the children of the world were drawing the same thing. I don't understand why it was such a bad thing. It was proof that humans had finally evolved enough for their minds to tap into the great cosmic consciousness that binds the universe. It was the proof I'd been waiting for, proof that there was no such thing as an original thought or novel idea but a great thought process within each one. There are no stupid or smart people, just people. But it wasn't to be. So, I did what I had to do. I never belonged here anyway and the same goes with the kids.

ALL the children of the world have disappeared. Everyone is grieving. Weeping mothers can be heard from across the globe. There have been reports of suicides due to this traumatic event. We're afraid this is the end of the world as we know it.
