Hands-on With Chopard Grand Prix De Monaco Historique 2016 Limited-Edition Chronographs

Since 2002, the luxury watch replica and jewelry brand Chopard has been the partner and official timekeeper of the Grand Prix de Monaco Historique, one of the most prestigious events of the classic car world with classic racing cars from the pre-war period up to the 1970s on the legendary circuit from Monte Carlo, along the same route as the Formula 1 Grand Prix. For this year's race, Chopard has released two new limited edition chronograph watch Swiss replicas inspired by the classic cars.
For optimal readability, the silver-colored dial comes to life thanks to the lighting effects created by the gray and silver chronograph counters. The timer itself is an interrupted index sconce-shaped arrow. The orange second-hand version titanium/steel blue and the rose gold version of 18K tick the seconds away. The hour and minute hands have been treated with Super-LumiNova. The white-on-black date digit appears in a window at 3 o'clock.
The timepiece is a COSC chronometer-certified automatic with 25 jewels, a frequency of 28,800 mph, and a power reserve of 46 hours. Two interchangeable straps round off the sporty character of the new timekeeper: calf leather belt barranca in orange or blue stitching, for an elegant gentleman driver, or nato gray belt accented with orange or blue racing stripes for a sporty and casual style.

Designed to support the competition's competitors, the new Monaco Historic Grand Prix 2016 Race Edition chronograph is a motorist's essential tool. Accurate, robust, and perfect readability, the Chopard Grand Prix de Monaco Historique Race Edition is offered in two versions: either a micro-blasted stainless steel and titanium case (limited to 500 pieces) or an 18k rose gold case (limited to 100 pieces). The cases, with a diameter of 44.5 mm and a thickness of 14 mm, feature clever details related to design elements of classic cars, such as the chronograph printers in the form of engine pistons.

The solid caseback is engraved with the logo of the Automobile Club of Monaco, which organizes the Grand Prix race, and is secured with screws resembling the shape of car bolts. Both have folding clasps in materials that match those of the case. Favorite replica watches Rolex women's replicas perfectly discuss at www.watchesguide.me.
