This is earth. but wait there are no supernatural beings on earth I hear you say it's because only a few of us know of their existence and us that do are burdened with the job of killing these beasts. These creatures are your worst nightmare and we have to face them me and Lucas are in the process of tracking down a Minotaur this specific one has been attacking sheep and local farmers so it's life must come to an end if order is to be restored.

I live with Lucas in a small hut isolated from everyone as we must keep the secret of these beasts the roof is made of a golden straw tied to  gether with a long piece of flimsy string and the walls are made of broken wood which is a deep dark brown the floors are made of a cheap concrete and is scattered with mud covered  straw,but we don't always stay there as we are always trying to find some sort of supernatural beast. The area around us is beautiful though the trees dance in the light breeze. And the grass is a lush green which silently flutters around your ankles. Any ways on to finding the Minotaur I grabbed Lucas's arm for an update on sightings he rolled out a map on the table crinkling under his fingers as he attempted to smooth out the creases. Lucas's black soft wavy hair slid through his hand with ease as he bit his lip his eyebrows pulled together in frustration what?..what is it? I looked over his face for clues he sighed heavily " I think I know where it is its in the ballad maze it's about a two day journey " so what's wrong " it's just.. It killed someone I used to know " Lucas I'm sorry " it's fine we should head out tonight if we want to kill it" okay I'll pack some things I slipped away from the candle light  preparing food, water,and swords my preferred weapon of choice we slipped out the door I tucked the map into my rucksack crinkling as I shoved  it in we are going to have to go through the goblin forest. Great.

In the centre of the forest I could hear robins foot steps squelching into sloshy mud which was smeared all over her boots. Her hair is a light brown which somehow manages to capture every beem of sunlight, her head whipped round I could tell she was frightened like me every five seconds my face would go a ghostly pale from my own shadow . Then the trees began to shake my palm was clammy I panicked when I realised robin heard it too, out of the trees three goblins sprang out the leathery skin a pale green with a gray tinge one of them raised the claws as a threat the nails stained a greasy and bacteria ridled yellow. In unison one of the others displayed it's rounded sharp teeth, in a swift action robin flung a sword through the smallest goblins chest black blood  spewed out soaking into the muddy floor. The other two became enraged robin quickly threw me the sword in one swift action I cut of its head it's lifeless body flopped on to the floor it's head continued to role on the ground. Robin ended the other one by chopping it's legs of then finally it's head. We both looked at each other in relief and triumph her smile climbed up her face almost reaching her eyes she breathlessly said "set up camp it's to dangerous to continue " okay I replied equally as tired. We watched the stars become are candles robins eyes where softly closing she yawned " goodnight Lucas" goodnight robin

 The light shone through my hair onto my face confirming morning a silent leaf  twisted slowly in the air and landed on Lucas's fluff of hair, I laughed to myself as he woke up with a startle the maze was just a few minutes away. When we arrived to the entrance Lucas's eyes met mine as if to say good luck the maze was made of dense undergrowth,Lucas hesetently moved forward I grabbed his arm and gave him a kiss on the cheek " what was that for ?" It was a lets be careful kiss " okay I like your methods " I gently punched his shoulder come on. We walked into the maze watchful for any possible movement we could detect in the centre of the maze there was a water fountain the water looked so fresh and cool I just need a sip a said I went closer to take sip " wait! " what? When I looked back the water was a thick red blood? Be careful there may be more tricks in this maze I said stunned. Lucas was tired and frustrated I could read it on his face " you know what I've had it in going to chop this maze to the ground" wait Lucas wait he swans his sword at the bushes of the maze I could hear a crackling sound, when VOOM! A vine from the maze grabbed him and was pulling him away into the bush my blood was so hot I panicked and swung my sword at the vine and it let go as I freed Lucas.what where you thinking!? You idiot! He grabbed my hip and pulled me to his chest his lips found mine I didn't stop him I wanted to stay in that moment forever " I'm sorry " he breathlessly spoke dazedly I replied sorry to we both whipped are heads back to see the Minotaur it's head a cow it's body a man but not just any man a strong and tall built body. It charged at us it's nostrils steaming I thrusted my sword forward it dodged with ease, Lucas cut lightly one of its legs in return it hurled him up and chucked him across the floor Lucas's body brused and battered where we going to lose?
