Chapter 1

In the actual use of the slewing bearing and the actual pinion, problems often appear, resulting in wear, chipping, and abnormal noise around the tooth root or side from the gear, as shown while in the following figure.

This phenomenon mainly occurs in pinion gears with gear quenching, , involving the following aspects:

·bending

Within high-force applications, dynamic place peaks under acceleration, braking action or vibration can cause elastic deformation in the particular meshing teeth.

·Center long distance error

Manufacturing tolerances within gear machining, especially message errors, cannot be eliminated, which can have a harmful impact when combined along with bending effects.

·Drive unit

Most slewing drive units are mounted within a cantilevered arrangement and the deflection from the pinion shaft is unavoidable. High force will at the same time produce elastic deformation on the interface of the slewing get and mounting structure. This deformation may also cause meshing problems.

·lubricating

The three influencing factors mentioned will cause high peak loads acting on the edge of the pinion rule, which may cause the lubricant film to rupture in addition to direct metal contact will increase the chipping effect.

Xuzhou Wanda Slewing Having Co.,Ltd. is an established manufacturer and exporter involving slewing bearing, which will be mainly applied in interface machinery, mining machinery, welding machinery, construction vehicles, modular automobiles and small wind electric power systems etc. Slewing bearing can bear axial push, radial force and tilting point in time. The diameter range of slewing bearing we are able to provide can be through 200 mm to 5000 mm.
