Liven against burnout and procrastination

Lately, I've been drowning in procrastination. I tried Liven - I liked it, but there is not enough support. The app helps, but it's still hard to get out of burnout. Maybe someone has done something similar — how to use such trackers to build a way out of this state? I really need a system, not chaos.

Procrastination is not always laziness. More often than not, it signals internal exhaustion. If you record when and under what conditions things are postponed, it becomes easier to prevent this state in advance, rather than deal with the consequences.
