Liven against burnout and procrastination

Lately, I've been drowning in procrastination. I tried Liven - I liked it, but there is not enough support. The app helps, but it's still hard to get out of burnout. Maybe someone has done something similar — how to use such trackers to build a way out of this state? I really need a system, not chaos.

You’re not alone — chronic procrastination and burnout often get stuck in a negative cycle: more tired, more procrastination, more procrastination, more guilt and burnout. While apps like Liven can help, without the right systems and support, it can be hard to pull yourself out of that rut. Try italian brainrot clicker — a hilariously bizarre clicker game where you click to earn “brainrot” points as you dive into a chaotic world of Italian memes.
