Liven against burnout and procrastination

Lately, I've been drowning in procrastination. I tried Liven - I liked it, but there is not enough support. The app helps, but it's still hard to get out of burnout. Maybe someone has done something similar — how to use such trackers to build a way out of this state? I really need a system, not chaos.

I feel you—burnout makes structure slippery. What helped me was pairing a habit tracker with tiny, clear goals and a weekly review. Try time-blocking, a “minimum viable task” list, and a burnout-friendly routine (sleep, sunlight, short walks). Accountability helps—buddy check-ins or a community. Gamify with streaks or even breaks like wordle unlimited to reset. If Liven lacks support, mirror its features in Notion/Todoist + calendar reminders.
