The Autobiography of Sam McCormick

Chapter 1

Early childhood
I was born on January 23, 2013, in case you didn’t know. The second I was born, I squeezed my Dad’s finger as tight as I could. I think it happened because I wanted to thank whoever made me born, and I thought it was Dad. Early childhood was much better than the real childhood. I didn’t have school, so instead I went on adventures from driving a boat in Italy, to hiking up the Grand Canyon. On November 21, 2014, my brother, Max was born. I didn’t like having Max around, but I guess it was better than not having a brother. After that we didn’t have a good nanny. She fed us junk food, and one Winter day when I was 3, I refused to eat good food. A that was how I only eat junk food in my childhood. Another problem was than I was starting to loose hair. By a year, I had no hair left. I went to preschool in Park Children’s Day School (PCDS). I loved it there, and near the last day, a moved closer to the Hudson River in New York City. I also liked Kindergarden. In first grade, I broke my leg. The only problem of first grade was when I was changing for PE, I had to reveal my undies. In second grade, I sort of had depression. I made a new friend named Evan Rotella.
