Keep your workstation clean and neat

You can avoid hazards, if you maintain a clean and organized work station.  Knowing where wires are placed that pointed objects that may injure and are charged is important in a fix and technology environment.  The picture here shows equipment that is under test.  Notice exposed electrical wires that may cause electrocution.  This surroundings makes it possible for the repair technician to know where all danger points are without clutter, keeping others and himself secure.  

Don't ignore safety things 

It is important to wear the appropriate safety equipment required for work.  When working with resources you should always wear appropriate safety harnesses, gloves, and eye and ear protection.  Make sure tool guards such as cnc machines grinders, and table saws on equipment are not damaged or missing and in need of repair.  

Identify possible hazard areas

Properly mark areas around your company that contain dangers.  This reminds employees to be conscious of conditions that are hazardous and that security gear may be necessary in those areas.  Mark and hang fire extinguishers.  Clearly identify entries into possible hazard areas (like this paint room is identified from the first photograph above). Use smart smoke detectors in all areas.  Ensure stairs and doors are free of debris and properly marked for safety.  The steps in this photograph are painted yellow.  

Keep inspections up-to-date

Make sure that eye wash stations and all fire extinguishers are inspected on a regular basis and note that the results on the connected inspection cards.  Do this immediately if the extinguisher or the station needs to be replaced.  Have training periodically with employees on the use of both fire extinguishers and eye wash stations.  

Supply Material Safety Data Sheets

Properly store all chemicals in their proper locations.  So they are aware of dangers of any material employed at the 22, Create Material Safety Data Sheets accessible to all workers.  These records ought to tell how to use the product, how to store it, what measures to take, and what the worker should do if a collision happens.  Check the expiration dates on all substances to be certain they are valid.  Properly dispose based on instructions.
