Heal yourself. 

Money on those treatments might add to your anxiety for a minute, but consider it within your healthcare regimen.  Stress may lead to death.  It can result in a heart attack or a stroke.  Investing in your stress relieving relaxation is good for your health.

There are many things which you can do to treat yourself--to give yourself a gift of calm and relaxation.

Get a workout in.  

Even a walk round the block may get your blood flowing and help you think more clearly and peacefully if you do not have the energy to get an extreme exercise.

Exercise is a stress reliever.  Not only will good cardio work out be lung and heart health, but it will release endorphins.  Endorphins are hormones.

If you are feeling stressed, a fantastic workout can be the right answer.  Run off your anger, hit a punching bag for a while, do some jumping jacks, or simply dance like no one is watching.

Take a Rest.

Sometimes all you need in order to alleviate some anxiety is really a break.  Stop what you are doing and spend some time relaxing.  Finding something to do this helps divert you by the things which are stressing you out.

To teach yourself to concentrate away from your anxiety, practice meditation.  Only 10 or five minutes of meditation a day can do wonders for reducing stress' consequences.  There's always time in the event you don't think you have time to meditate.
