Magi-Fox

Prologue
A young girl who looked to be the age of fifteen with long brown-ish, black hair ran through the forest, she wore a green short-sleeved shirt and blue shorts with a brown shoulder bag across her chest, and on her shoulder. The girl suddenly stopped to see that she wasn't being chased anymore. The girl looked around breathing heavily, she looked at the sun spotted leafy trees and the dark green bushes, that were shaded from the sun. Suddenly, she heard the rustle of bushes and leaves to the left of her, but when she looked… nothing or no one was there. The girl clutched her shoulder bag strap as her breathing started to calm down, but her senses didn't. She felt her fingers twitch, waiting for the attack. Just then she heard the sound of a branch creak from above her. The girl looked up and stared at the branches, straining to see any type of movement or figure within the dark shadows. She was about to look away when suddenly, something came down from the branches and right for her. The girl's eyes went wide with sudden fear. The girl hit the ground and looked up to see a dark green-furred fox with light brown paws and a mix of white and minty green fur on her underbelly and tail tip. The fox had its tongue lolling out of its mouth and its tail wagging happily. The girl got up once the fox was off of her saying,
“ Hey there Fern, nice jump, you totally freaked me out.” The fox came up and licked the girl's cheek as if to make sure she was okay. The girl laughed and scratched behind both of Fern's ears saying,
“ I'm okay though, thanks, girl.” Suddenly, a voice echoed through the forest from where the girl and Fern came, saying,
“ Elisa, Fern, time to come home, dinner is almost ready!” Elisa smiled and stood up off the ground saying,
“ Come on Fern, I'll race you!" Fern lept up then landed on her paws a little lower, wagging her tail like that of a dog as if to eagerly go. Then Elisa turned and put her right leg back, ready to kick-off as she slowly counted off,
“ Ready? One… Two… Three!” Suddenly, they were off, the wind blew at Elisa's hair and she looked to see Fern running right next to her keeping pace with Elisa. Elisa looked back ahead just as a large boom came from the forest near them and instantly after the sound an explosion of dark blue-ish, purple smoke, moved towards them from the forest. Elisa quickly covered her eyes and stopped, sort of stumbling on the ground to her knees. Through loud coughs Elisa exclaimed,
“ Fern! Fern where are you?!" Elisa slowly started to crawl down low, out of the smoke. She made it to a safe distance from the smoke and called out,
“ Fern! Fern! Come here girl, Fern! Where are you?!” Elisa scanned the large cloud of smoke for any signs of Fern but found… none. Tears had started to stream from Elisa's eyes and all down her cheeks as she felt a pinching pain in her stomach. Suddenly, a creature came leaping out of the smoke, Elisa's eyes went wide and a large smile came across her face at the sight of Fern,
“ Fern!” Exclaimed Elisa before running towards Fern. But when Elis got close, Fern looked up at Elisa with narrowed green eyes and teeth bared. Elisa suddenly stopped, she slipped and landed on the ground. Elisa watched with fear as Fern looked at Elisa intently with her narrowed green eyes. Suddenly, there came a sound from behind Elisa. Even though it was faint against the pounding of Elisa's frightened heart, Elisa was still able to make out the voices of her parents calling her name,
“ Elisa! Elisa! Elisa where are you!” Elisa yelled back,
“ Mom! Dad! I'm over here!” Just then Elisa heard a deep rumbling noise come from Fern, Elis looked and saw Fern suddenly lunge at her, Elisa brought her arms up to protect herself but suddenly, Elisa felt a hard pain on her wrist, Fern had a strong grip on Elisa's wrist with her jaws, Elisa screamed and tried to pull away feeling Fern's sharp teeth pierce her harder with each time she tried to get her wrist out. Tears of pain and fear poured from her eyes, and still, Fern didn't let go even though Fern was able to sense Elisa's pain. It wasn't until Elisa yelled,
“ Fern Stop! You're hurting me!” At that, Fern's eyes slowly started to dim down to their normal green color and she quickly released her grip on Elisa's wrist. Elisa quickly pulled her wrist close to her, holding the injured part in her other hand. Elisa watched as Fern shook her head with her tongue dangling out of her mouth till she lifted her head up, retracting her tongue. Fern looked and saw Elisa crying and went over to try and comfort her. Suddenly Elisa pushed her self away from Fern saying,
“ No! Stay away from me!” Fern took a couple of steps back with its ears pinned back and a sad expression on its snout as she whimpered. Elisa narrowed her eyes at Fern saying,
“ You hurt me, Fern! I don't want a Magi-Fox who bites me!” Fern gave more confused and sad whimpers just as Elisa's parents came. Elisa's mom asked as she helped Elisa up to her feet,
“ Elisa! What happened, are you okay?” Elisa looked up at her mom and said,
“ Fern bit me for no reason!” Elisa's father looked at Fern with narrowed eyes and said,
“ No one hurts my daughter! Get out of here, get, get!” With that, Elisa's father started to kick Fern away. Fern moved away from Elisa's father, trying to stay close to Elisa as she continued to whimper. Finally, in Elisa's words,
“ I don't want a Magi-fox like Fern.” Fern reluctantly started to run down the dirt road looking back multiple times to see or hear Elisa of her family change their minds. But every time Fern looked back she saw angry, and disappointed scowls, all till the last time she looked, Elisa and her parents had started to walk away, and Fern whimpered louder to see if Elisa would show the usual compassion for her again, but as Fern looked longingly at the figure of Elisa, she felt her hope sinking deeper into her chest. Finally, Elisa had disappeared into the shadows of the dark forest which was only lit in certain spots where the canopy above Fern, would let in the moonlight which studded the dirt road to make it look like small bright diamonds were embedded into the ground. But as bright as those diamond-like lights were, Fern was well hidden in the shadows where no light could reach her. Fern searched the darkness once more but still, Elisa did not emerge from the shadows. At that, Fern's hope vanished and tears started to swell up in her green eyes making everything blurry. Finally, Fern blinked, releasing the tears in her eyes as she raised her head high before howling at the sky. After her cal was sent she ran off into the forest abandoning the dirt trail her paws have walked and ran on so many times before, and all those times… where with Elisa. But as Fern ran she abandoned all those memories just as Elisa had abandoned her. But from the sky so high, beyond the human's eye and beyond the stars of space was a glowing light-filled with all sorts of colors. Those colors swirled and turned around in the air, playfully and happy as could be. Suddenly, into this space came a bright green shimmering light. The first lights had stopped moving to understand what the green light was explaining. Till suddenly the lights started flying down towards the earth where they flew to a cottage hidden in the forest, not far from a village. In this cottage lay a young boy, sleeping. But as he slept he tossed and turned, mumbling. Till suddenly the lights flew into the chest of the boy who suddenly stopped twisting from side to side or flailing his arms. He even stopped mumbling. Instead, the boy turned flat on his back and slept peacefully, breathing calm and slow, even with a calm relaxed smile on his face. For as he slept, in his head was someone saying,
“ Yeas of ten, an adventure will come. With curiosity, then destruction, the hunt will begin. Once the creations of fire, water, mist, sky, nature, and lightning approve, you will bend the ways of light to defeat the dark and create a being of power from your light which will restore the land you walk upon.” The boy took a deep breath and said calmly,
“ I will.” Then went back to dreaming but still slept soundly as the moon showed brightly through his window while the night sky continued on.

Chapter 1: The Dawn of Adventure- 3 Years Later
Ash was already up and was sitting at the small kitchen table eating eggs, bacon, and buttered bagels while the first light of dawn started to shine through the kitchen window behind him and through the large living room window behind the large sofa on the same wall that the front door was on. Ash wore blue and white sneakers with blue jeans, a black shirt, and a blue short-sleeved polo shirt with white sleeves and a white flipped-up collar. He also had green open finger-tipped gloves including a red and white baseball cap that has a green ‘F’ logo on it that sat on his wild black-haired head. A few moments later a woman wearing a lavender nightgown with white slippers on her feet came down the wooden stairs that were on the far wall of the living room. She walked past the coffee table and passed Ash, as she made her way to the kitchen counter saying,
“ Good morning sweety.”
“ Good morning mom.” Replied Ash. Ash's mom then asked,
“ Do you have anything planned for today?” She walked over to sit across from Ash who said in reply,
“ Yeah, I'm meeting up with Misty to go and explore the forest more.” Ash's mom had started running her hands through her light brown hair saying,
“ Well that sounds like fun, just be sure to be home by dinner.” Ash swallowed the last of his food and stood up saying,
“ I know.” Then he put his plate in the sink before going back to his chair where leaning next to it was his black and blue backpack. He picked up his backpack and swung it over his shoulder saying,
“ Alright mom, I'll see you later.” With that, he went over to the front door and opened it as his mom replied,
“ Bye, be careful,” Ash called back,
“ I will!” Before closing the door and running down the dirt path through the forest. He suddenly came to a bridge that went across a large river but still he didn't stop, he ran across the bridge and once-off he continued his way through the forest. Then he came to two trails that forked, each had a sign but one of the signs that led deeper into the forest said, Magi-Fox Pond. While the other that was close to the trail that led out of the forest said Magi-Fox Village. Ash who has been down both paths multiple times knew which path was which, so it took no time for him to decide which path was the one to the village, without looking at either of the signs. He finally, made it out of the forest and made his way into the village where many men and women were walking around to the carts that produced many fruits and vegetables. Some kids were playing around and there were many colorful Magi-foxes walking or playing by their owners. Ash went down the road before turning left and heading to the house right next to the bakery. He walked up to the wooden door and knocked. It didn't take long till someone came and opened the door, a man with dark brown hair wearing a white apron and blue pants as well as brown shoes which all had flour on them. Ash looked up at the man saying,
“ Good morning sir, I came to get misty so we could go explore the forest.” Misty's father smiled and said cheerfully to Ash,
“ Good morning Ash, it's good to see you, please, call me Mr. Willow, you and Misty have been friends for years now, it's high time we stop acting like strangers.” Ash smiled as Mr. Willow opened the door wider for Ash to enter. Once Mr. Willow closed the door he walked back over to the kitchen counter as Ash asked,
“ Do you know where Misty is?” Mr. Willow replied,
“ I have to say that I think she's still sleeping, unlike me, she likes to sleep in, which reminds me, since when do you wake up early?” Ash shrugged and replied,
“ I guess I was just ready for adventure.” Mr. Willow gave a chuckle and said,
“ Now that sounds more like the Ash I've heard about, why don't you go and wake Misty up, be warned she gets really mad when you scare her in the morning.” Ash smiled and replied,
“ Thanks, Mr. Willow.” With that, Ash went past the small dining room table and then up the wooden stairs that led into a large area where there were only two doors. Ash has been up here before so he knows which room was Misty's. He went to the door to the left of the hall and blindly opened it, asking in a voice that wasn't too quiet or too loud as he said,
“ Misty let's go, it's time to get up to go to the forest.” Ash saw Misty's bed with light lavender-blue sheets covering the sleeping figure of Misty. Ash saw next to Misty's bed was her wooden desk and on the wall opposite of her desk was a closet and next to that, hidden in the corner was a bookshelf. A window on the wall that Misty's bed was against shined light into the room. Ash walked in and bent down to Misty's height where her face was out, facing his. He smiled at his peaceful, sleeping friend. Then he stood back up and said a little louder,
“ Come on Misty! Let's go or we're going to miss getting to see the special something I found.” Suddenly Ash saw Misty move onto her back and heard her mumble,
“ Ash, your crazy… Why are you up so early?” Ash replied impatiently,
“ Because there's something really cool I want to show you, so can you please get up!?” At that, Misty had started rubbing her eyes open and then slowly sat up looking around till suddenly her eyes went wide when she saw Ash saying,
“ I'm not changed out of my pajamas yet, you know! So please allow me to do that!” Ash quickly went out of Misty's room saying,
“ Sorry about that!” He closed the door behind him before leaning against the wall across from Misty's bedroom door. It didn't take long for Ash to wait, when he heard the door open, he looked up to see Misty wearing a purple short-sleeved shirt that had a hood attached to it. She also wore blue shorts, purple, blue, and white sneakers, and her golden brown, shoulder-length hair was shining a golden color as the window behind her shined light onto it. Misty smiled and said,
“ Hey Ash, sorry about that, I'm not really the early morning type of person, so are we ready to go?” Ash smiled and said,
“ Yep, come on, we have to hurry or we'll be late.” With that, he started running down the stairs with Misty close behind him. As they passed Mr. Willow, he said,
“ Hey kids, wouldn't you like to take some cookies I just made for the road?" HE held up a small bag with cookies inside. Misty took them saying,
“ Thanks, dad.” Then she gave him a peck on the cheek, before going over and putting the cookies nicely into Ash's bag as he said,
“ Thanks, Mr. Willow.” Once Misty zipped up Ash's bag they went off, out of the house, and back down the road. As they passed many carts and stands, Ash could hear the owners and many of the customers saying hello Misty who waved in reply. Once they came to the forest, Misty had caught up to Ash who asked,
“ How exactly do you get so many hellos in town?” Misty smiled and replied,
“ It's because I know a lot of people and my dad is the best baker in the whole village.” Ash smiled and said,
“ You've got that right!” He then pointed and turned down the pat with the sign that read, Magi-Fox Pond as he said,
“ This way!” He led Misty to the pond before suddenly walking off the trail and into the unknown forest with Misty asking,
“ Uh, Ash, are you sure we should be going away from the path?” Ash stopped to look at Misty and said,
“ If you want to see that cool thing I told you about, then yes.” Misty sighed and followed after Ash. Ash walked through the forest dodging trees and looking for familiar rocks and sceneries till finally, they came to a small clearing with a large rock structure on one side of the clearing. Both Ash and Misty looked in awe at the many Magi-Foxes sleeping, playing, and tipping to one another. Ash bent down, hiding behind a bush, and pulled Misty down as she asked quietly,
“ Ash… How did you manage to find an entire skulk of wild Magi-Foxes?” Ash didn't take his eyes off the foxes saying,
“ I didn't. This wasn't what I wanted to show, but it is pretty cool.” Then Misty said,
“ There's a purple Mist Magi-fox, orange fire, blue water, and reddish grey sky Magi-Fox, oh and a green nature one… All the types of Magi- Foxes are here.” Ash smiled shaking his head saying,
“ Not all the Magi-fox types are here, there's still one more.” Misty gave him a look of disbelief as she said,
“ Really Ash, you still believe in the mythical camouflage fox?” Ash protested,
“ It does exist, it just doesn't like people and it can camouflage its self so no one can see it.” Misty rolled her eyes and shook her head saying,
“ Well I don't know about mythical foxes, but I do know about these… I'm gonna go pet one.” Misty started to stand up and walk through the bushes with Ash trying to grab her hand as he said,
“ No wait, Misty they'll run away, Misty, come back!” But Ash missed Misty's hand and watched her walk into the center of the clearing where all the foxes stopped playing or had woken up to watch Misty intently as she came to a stop in the middle of the clearing. From the bushes, Ash watched intently at any fox who flinched or moved. Suddenly the green-furred Nature fox with light brown paws and forearms with a mix of white and mint-green tail tip color as well as on its underbelly, moved from its small patch of sun-lit tanning spot and towards Misty till the fox was an arm's length away from her. Misty slowly bent down and reached out to the fox slowly so she wouldn't startle it. As Ash watched and waited he caught the minty white tip of the nature fox's tail start to vigorously flick from side to side. Ash then thought, I know I remember reading something about when a Magi- Fox flicks its tail it means it's about to use- Suddenly Ash remembered what the Nature fox was about to do, so he quickly got up and ran towards Misty yelling,
“ Misty! Look out!” He suddenly pushed Misty away from the nature fox as she said,
“ Ash! Why did you do that for!?” Ash spotted the Nature fox's tail tip start to glow more of a bright green color till finally, she stopped flicking it and quickly slammed her tail onto the ground. Suddenly, vines came out of the ground around Ash who watched with wide eyes and gritted teeth, at the sight of the vines that were posed to strike. Ash suddenly saw them move towards him, he quickly brought his arms up protecting himself and preparing for the pain. Ash waited for a couple but still didn't feel any pain. He opened his eyes to see the vines not even remotely close to him, instead, blocking the vines was a clear and multicolored invisible wall that seemed to be stopping the vines in their tracks. Ash looked around till he saw a large enough gap for him to exit the vines. Ash slid past the vines and went over to Misty who asked,
“ Ash! Are you okay?” Ash Replied,
“ Yeah, but I'm surprised those vines didn't attack me.” He suddenly saw the vines retract back into the ground leaving small yet deep holes in the ground before the Nature fox slowly wandered towards Ash and started circling him, sniffing his legs and shoes. Just then the Nature fox sat and lifted one paw. Ash bent down and held the paw of the fox as she sniffed his hand and licked his fingers. Ash smiled and said softly,
“ Your definitely nicer now.” Ash released the Nature Fox's paw and stood up as the fox turned around then turned back to Ash before extending one forearm out on the ground and bending her neck down. Ash gave the fox a confused look saying,
“ Uh, Misty… do you know what this fox is doing?” Suddenly all the other Magi-foxes started doing exactly what the nature fox was doing. Misty looked around and said,
“ Sorry Ash, I'm as confused as you are.” Ash looked back at the nature fox and said,
“ Uh, Nature fox… Just saying, I'm not your leader or anything like that.” The Nature fox cocked its head and gave a confused look just as Misty said,
“ Ash… you do know they don't understand what your saying.” Ash narrowed his eyes and looked at Misty saying,
“ Yeah Misty, I know that, why don't you stop treating me like I don't know anything after I'm the person who just saved your life!” By now Misty had her eyes narrowed and continued saying,
“ Says the person who still believes in mythical foxes that don't exist!” Suddenly Ash heard a loud growl and saw the nature fox growling while its body was turned towards Misty. Again many of the other foxes followed the nature fox's example. Ash saw the darker strip of reddish-orange fur on the back of the orange Fire Magi-fox start to enflame a bright color till flames started to emerge on the Fire fox's back. All of the foxes except for the Nature fox started to slowly creep towards Misty, circling around and bearing their sharp teeth while low growls rumbled in their throats. Ash watched as all the foxes circled in so close that now Misty could take only one step in any direction. Till finally, Ash spotted the fox's tails start flicking back and forth. Ash then thought, Uhoh, not again. Suddenly, Ash ran so he was in front of Misty blocking a purple Mist Fox's way saying,
“ Wow! Easy, easy, it's okay we were just having a friendly argument, all humans do it.” Then the Nature fox came padding over with wide eyes and started giving out multiple worried, high-pitched yips. Ash bent down and said,
“ It's alright, Misty is still good, no need to fight her.” Still, the Nature fox continued to yip and circle continuously as Misty said,
“ I'm starting to think that she's worried about something else.” Just then a loud boom came from the forest behind them, and from the trees, smoke rose into the air. Ash said,
“ Yeah, me too.”
Chapter 2: The Booming News
Ash looked back down at the Nature fox who had started yipping again. The fox looked out, deeper into the forest and Ash followed her gaze to see the rest of the wild Magi-foxes walking back into the safety of the forest. Ash looked back down at the green Nature fox who was looking up at him with light, hazel brown eyes that seemed to say,
“ Come with us, you'll be safe.” Suddenly Misty said,
“ Ash, I think I know where that came from…” Her voice trailed off as Ash asked curiously,
“ Where?” Misty curled her lip in then uncurled it before saying,
“ Your house.” Ash's eyes went wide with fear as he looked at Misty with disbelief…
Ash ran off into the forest leaving the foxes and Misty behind. As he ran, he passed shrubs and bushes, dumped over rocks, and rotting logs, he even dodged trees, ducking under their branches all while hot tears ran down his cheeks. But these hot tears weren't of sadness, but of fear and anger. Ash continued running through the forest thinking, I should never have left her alone, I should have brought her with me! Finally, he came to his house, or at least what was left of it. Ash slowly walked around the burnt walls of his house with flames and embers still trying to bring more destruction to the leftover charred wooden planks. As he looked around he suddenly saw a figure laying under and large wood plank.
“ Mom! mom, is that you, are you okay!?" Exclaimed Ash as he walked closer. Ash carefully kneeled by his mother careful of any small embers or flames. Ash looked with disbelief on his face and in his eyes as more hot tears streamed down his cheeks. Ash continued to look at his mom's un-opening eyes while he yelled,
“ Mom? Mom! Mom, wake up, please wake up!” Ash knew, deep down that, his mom wasn't going to wake up. She's gone Ash, she's gone… Thought Ash, over and over till suddenly he thought, whoever did this… is going to regret it once I've dealt with them. Ash stood up just as he heard a faint voice behind him, as the voice came closer Ash realized it was Misty saying,
“ Ash! Ash! Ash, are you okay? Ash! Ash where are you?” Ash slowly turned around as Misty came from the forest. Misty then asked,
“ Ash… are… are you okay?” Ash had hung his head, till he finally looked up to meet eyes with Misty saying,
“ They destroyed everything, they killed her, and trust me… when I find who did this… they are going to wish they never did this, let alone, cross me." Misty looked at Ash worriedly till suddenly another large boom came, this time when both Ash and Misty looked, they both knew where it was coming from.
******
The next thing Ash knew, he was running through the forest again, this time with Misty close behind him. I need to save the people, I need to protect them! Thought Ash. Finally, they made it to the village where they saw houses and shops aflame, with many foxes, people, children, and adults of all ages running away or trying to escape from either the flames or the silver armored guards. Ash caught sight of a young girl who looked to be his age fall on a piece of wood. Her purple, Mist Magi-fox stopped running to help when suddenly a guard came and stood in front of the girl who tried to protect her small Magi-fox as the guard tried to take it away. Ash gritted his teeth and narrowed his eyes as he thought, What is he doing!? Ash took a couple of steps in the direction of the guard but suddenly, he felt a hand grab his wrist. Ash looked down to see an older woman wearing brown and tattered edge clothing. She pulled Ash with her behind a large already destroyed house saying,
“ Don't be a foolish hero, you won't be able to stop this by yourself. No one can stop the rath of the Evil Queen.” Ash gave the woman a confused look and asked,
“ The evil queen? Who's that?” The woman stared at Ash with light, trusting, blue eyes as she answered,
“ A person who overthrew the king and queen and who despises all magical creatures, especially… Magi-foxes.” She added strictly. Just then a guard came from around the corner of a nearly demolished house, yelling,
“ Hey! Do you own Magi-foxes?” As the guard slowly approached them, the woman looked back at Ash and said intensely,
“ Young man, find the one who keeps all safe and help defend it, then stop the evil queen.” Suddenly the guard grabbed the woman who quickly yelled, letting go of Ash's wrist,
“ Stop the evil Queen- Save us! Go now!” Ash just started all till Misty grabbed him saying,
“ Ash! Let's go!” As Ash was pulled away he called back,
“ Where do I find the one who keeps all safe?!” The woman yelled back, faintly,
“ The Magi-foxes will-” Then her voice trailed off as it was soon replaced by the guard who said in a deeper and louder voice,
“ Hey, get back here! I need backup! Hurry!” Both Ash and Misty ran through the village with a group of five guards close behind them. They finally, turned onto a path that suddenly jerked to a stop at the blazing flames that burned bright, and dangerously, blocking their path. Ash and Misty turned to see the five guards blocking the way they came and Ash felt Mistyhang onto his arm as the guards slowly closed in. Ash looked at Misty who was beyond frightened, so he looked back at the guards saying, loudly,
“ Hey! Back off! You can't treat us or anyone else like this! That goes for the Magi-foxes too!” One guard started to chuckle before saying,
“ Hear that? The boy thinks he can beat us all!”
“ Hate to break it to yah' kid, but you can't. Plus anyone who goes against the queen's rules or tries to rebel against her will be arrested.” Added a second guard. Then the guards started to enclose around Ash and Misty more that as they slowly stepped back, Ash could feel the heat, radiating from the flames behind him. Suddenly the heat started to cool down and Ash felt small drops of water on his back which helped cool him down. As both Ash and Misty looked at the leftover smoke, they soon saw a figure jump through the smoke. The figure landed in front of Ash and Misty with the green fur of a Nature Magi-fox because it was a Nature fox! Yet, as Ash looked at the fierce and brave Magi-fox longer, he realized that this Nature fox was the same one they had met in the forest. Just then more Magi-foxes jumped through the smoke, they were all the same Magi-foxes from the skulk they had met in the forest. Ash smiled before looking right at the first guard's surprised eyes with a confident expression on his face and saying,
“ You see, you underestimate all of us, because when we work as one, we overcome our obstacles, and right now, you're an obstacle!” At that, the foxes started using their powers to beat the guards which made a path for Ash and Misty to escape.
By now they were running through the village with a few guards after them while some guards tried to stop Ash and Misty as they ran past. The wild Magi-foxes had made a circular guard around Ash and Misy and used their powers to help get past the guards. Suddenly they stopped as the side of a burning house gave in and started to fall right towards them! Ash's eyes went wide and he felt Misty grab his arm again, till suddenly… Ash saw the reddish-grey sky Magi-fox use the power of the wind to push the large wall the other direction. Once the burning wall was no longer a threat they continued through the village they made it down to where Misty lived and both Ash and Misty spotted Misty's house aflame. Ash noticed Misty's eyes were wide with fear as to what might have happened to her dad. Ash then caught sight of guards trying to take a Magi-fox from a man that looked very familiar.
“ Misty! Over there!” Ash pointed to the man who was actually Mist's dad. Misty looked and started to move in his direction calling,
“ Dad!” But Ash grabbed her wrist, holding her back as he said,
“ Wait, Misty! If you go you'll get trapped too! We need to go!”
“ But my dad needs help! Do you expect me to just leave him?” Protested Misty while Ash said in reply,
“ I know you want to help but you won't be able to if you get caught… your dad is strong and we will save him and everyone else…” Finally, Misty took one more look at her dad before looking at Ash, then they continued all the way out of the village and into the forest. Ash stopped a little way into the forest to look back at the smoke rising above the trees, polluting the sky and making it turn from bright blue to a dull grey. Whoever the evil queen is, she's gonna pay for all of this! Thought Ash till he heard behind him,
“ Ash come on.” Called Misty. Ash took one more glance at the sky before turning to head deeper into the forest after Misty and the wild Magi-fox skulk.
